My story

For more than 12 years, I have been working in public relations and marketing and was associated with agencies and corporate environments. During that time, I had the pleasure of cooperating with many fantastic people and projects, and human relations always played a key role in my work. Conversations and meetings with others were what gave me the most joy in my business life. My time in PR taught me invaluable lessons about communication, collaboration, and resilience, for which I am deeply grateful 😊

However, after many years of working in PR, I realized that my priorities and aspirations were shifting. The birth of my daughter reshaped my perspective on work and life completely. Inspired me to seek a path that allowed for more balance and alignment with my family and values. Finally, I decided to literally jump off a cliff and leave my safe job. At first, I thought I still “had to” do exactly the same thing as before – because, after all, a contract-of-employment job was safe. I also used to think that work must be hard and unbalanced anyway. But little did I know life was leading me to my independent career journey which I couldn't be more grateful for ❤️

Me today & my process

Today I’m a mom to a wonderful four-year-old, a wife, a yogi. A fulfilled, happy woman who does what she truly loves and supports others in their changes. I live the kind of life I wanted. But it wasn’t always like this. Just a few years ago, I was stuck in situations, work, and a lifestyle that no longer served me. To feel happy, something extraordinary had to happen – a trip, a special circumstance, or perhaps getting something new to make myself feel better (because I deserved it, right? ;)). I probably shared the experience of many people who work hard and a lot. But not necessarily smart or in alignment with their real desires. I eventually hit rock bottom so I decided to change my life radically. At first, it wasn’t easy – it was way far from it. During the first year and a half of those prominent changes in various areas of my life, things were incredibly tough. But seeing where I am today, it was worth every step.

Why coaching?

Self-development and meditation topics have been with me for a long time. But then I discovered the intensive practice of yoga. It was yoga that allowed me to find the answers to many essential questions within myself. I knew that, in some way, I wanted to help others map out their own paths, reach their potential, feel less overwhelmed, and chart what really makes them satisfied in life. Maybe even translate it into a profession so they can operate in joy, fulfillment, and ease every day.

I personally know how challenging it can be – to do work that no longer aligns with your needs and values or maybe was never truly meant for you (and we do it for a huge part of life!). That's why I finally decided to focus on my coaching education and start helping others. And here I am today – I've held many coaching sessions covering the issues of finding ourselves again – both in the private and career spheres. The professional transformation topics are something I passionately enjoy working with.

10 facts about me that you won’t find in a typical bio ;)

  1. The best ideas, bursts of creativity, or solutions to tough challenges always come to me in the shower. Specifically, in a very particular two square meters of our apartment, always in the evening. I can constantly count on that spot – and its generous energy – to deliver! 😉

  2. When I was 6 years old, thanks to my mom’s initiative, I recorded an album with songs for children.

  3. My favorite show of recent times is Dark Matter.

  4. When I was 14, I recorded vocals for a hip-hop song and even performed with the band at one of clubs in Lublin.

  5. Music has always been a big part of my life, even if it’s not so obvious today. I love singing and dancing (though I’ve always been shy about it!).

  6. I once worked as a PR specialist for one of the most popular electronic music festivals in Poland – and I have such warm memories of those times 🥰.

  7. I’m passionate about snowboarding, especially freeriding. There’s nothing like being out in the untouched wilderness, far from the slopes (though sadly, I haven’t had much time to pursue this passion in recent years ;)).

  8. I still binge-watch Friends sometimes, even though I practically know every line by heart.

  9. I once appeared in TV commercials, and one of them was dedicated to the Indian market. I’ve also had the chance to see myself on billboards 😅.

  10. I love yoga and can’t imagine my life without it – but that’s probably not much of a surprise by now 😉.

And perhaps just as obvious – I also can't imagine my life without traveling. There is great wisdom and one-of-a-kind growth in getting to know new places, people, and experiencing new perspectives.
